この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「夢から逃げたら終わり」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。
サービスの説明
本アプリは、ユーザーが目標を設定し、30日間のチャレンジ期間中に日々の進捗を記録できる目標達成支援アプリです。
利用条件
- 本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます
- 13歳未満の方は本アプリをご利用いただけません
- 本アプリは個人利用を目的としています
サブスクリプションと課金
無料トライアル
- 月額プランには7日間の無料トライアル期間があります
- トライアル期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない場合、自動的に課金が開始されます
自動更新
- サブスクリプションは期間終了時に自動的に更新されます
- 更新料金は現在の期間終了の24時間前にApple IDに請求されます
キャンセル
- サブスクリプションはいつでもキャンセルできます
- キャンセル方法：設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション > 本アプリを選択
- キャンセル後も、支払い済み期間の終了まではサービスをご利用いただけます
返金
ユーザーの責任
- アカウント情報の管理はユーザーの責任となります
- 不正利用や規約違反が発覚した場合、サービスの利用を制限することがあります
免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます
- 目標達成を保証するものではありません
- システム障害やメンテナンスにより、一時的にサービスをご利用いただけない場合があります
規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of “Never Give Up On Your Dreams” (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
Service Description
The App is a goal-tracking application that allows users to set goals and record daily progress during a 30-day challenge period.
Terms of Use
- By using the App, you agree to these Terms
- Users under 13 years of age may not use the App
- The App is intended for personal use only
Subscriptions and Billing
Free Trial
- The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial period
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
- Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- How to cancel: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Select this App
- After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the paid period
Refunds
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for managing their account information
- Service access may be restricted if misuse or violations are discovered
Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is”
- Achievement of goals is not guaranteed
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to system issues or maintenance
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced within the App.
